Drug Policy Forum of Wisconsin celebrates 9th anniversary!

It was nine years ago this month, in November 1998, that I established the Drug Policy Forum of Wisconsin website and email list.
The initial list members were local activists who had worked on the campaign of Madison attorney Peter Steinberg for Dane County District Attorney. Steinberg had run as a libertarian on a platform of ending cannabis prohibition through a moratorium on prosecutions.
