ABC News: Marijuana McMansions
ABC News: Marijuana McMansions
Did you see the ABC Nitely News story on “Marijuana McMansions”? A doozy. Head Drug Yazoo John Walters must really be happy with this one. ABC! The check is in the mail!
Our brave reporter, Jim Avila, not content to let his fellow journalists in Iraq who are covering the war take all the risks, provides us with this whopper:
“In an interview with ABC News, the director of Drug Control Policy for the
ONDCP, John Walters, said that currently “the single biggest cause of
addiction in the United States among illegal drugs is not cocaine, is not
meth[amphetamine] is not heroin. It’s marijuana.”
That’s right folks, we’re all marijuana addicts! The “Treatment Industry” - the Abstinence-based Treatment Industry, that is, will be glad to hear it. Those drug courts are paying big dividends!
Go to the ABC “McMansion” webpage and tell them what you think about their story. There are lots of cool ways to participate so I guess we have to give ABC credit for that. If you aren’t registered with the site, you should do so before you try to post a comment. I proposed a poll on this:
Should recreational marijuana use be legalized in America?
(and the proposed answers…)
1- Give me a break, of course it should be legalized.
2- I can understand medical-marijuana and support it’s legalization but I don’t
think it should be legal just to get high.
3- Marijuana is a dangerous drug. It must stay illegal or we risk anarchy.
Propose your own poll. Let’s tell them what we think of their view of the issue!
