Author of the analytical white paper, "The People Have Spoken: Medical Marijuana Polling 1996-2002," an extensive analysis of sixty-six separate public opinion surveys concerning the medicinal use of marijuana.

Coined the term, Chemical Bigotry (www.chemicalbigotry.org) to describe discrimination derived from drug testing. Her essay, "Chemical Bigotry," http://www.mapinc.org/drugnews/v02/n000/a314.html appeared in the 2004 compilation, "Under the Influence: The Disinformation Guide to Drugs."

Public policy advocate for safe, legal access to medicinal cannabis in Ohio. Participated in running non-profits, crafting legislation, meetings with numerous state legislators, hiring professional lobbyists, and hearings for three bills.
