Saturday, June 15, 2002 was a day of speeches about this nation's failed war on drugs, along with some live music, at a stage in front of the Monona Terrace Convention Center on the 200 block of Martin Luther King Blvd.in downtown Madison, where beyond the barricades and the massive police presence, the Mayors were meeting.
