Medical Cannabis Roundtable October 5

The 2002 Harvest Fest was expanded not only to a 2-day event, but some workshops were added including a Medical Cannabis Roundtable with 1 of 7 surviving Americans who receive medical cannabis from the U.S. government, glaucoma patient Elvy Musikka.
