Parade and Speakers at the Capitol on October 6

Harvest Fest traditionally concludes with a march from the UW-Madison Library Mall to the Wisconsin State Capitol up State Street in Madison. A number of people spoke and some are pictured below in these great photos taken by Mark Petersen, who graciously allowed them to be posted here.
